According to the CU-Boulder Police, the incidents all took place near the Euclid Avenue AutoPark at 18th Street and Euclid Avenue.

Around 3:50 p.m. on December 8, the CUPD says a female student was approached by a man who asked a woman for directions to a building on campus -- but then followed her, making "numerous sexual comments" along the way.

Moments later, at 4 p.m., another student experienced something that started similarly but went further. The man asked her for directions, then trailed her to an off-campus sorority house and back to the campus again. En route, he tried to touch her breast and kiss her, although she managed to fend him off.

While investigating these happenings, the CU Boulder cops realized that the modus operandi matched a report from November 19. In that case, a man approached a female student before shadowing her while making sexual remarks.

Moreover, the suspect description matches in all three cases: a 20-25-year-old white male, approximately six-feet-two or three and 180-200 pounds, with blonde hair that's either short or buzzed on the side and likely gelled on top. On the 8th, he was clad in a black blazer, a white T-shirt and dark or denim pants.

If you recognize this clown, you're encouraged to contact Detective Paul Davis at 303-492-3459, CUPD Dispatch at 303-492-6666 or Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at www.crimeshurt.com, which is offering a reward of up to $2,000 in the matter. In the meantime, the CUPD offers the following tips to concerned students:
• Make a sudden turn, cross the street, accelerate or go into a nearby building. • If you aren't able to get away from the follower, get the attention of passerby, scream or otherwise make noise. • Run toward other people and attempt to attract their attention. • Call 911 as soon as possible to report the incident. • Do not go straight home. Try to go to a place where there will be someone there to provide assistance.
