In March, we told you about the search for and capture of Jacob Joseph Medina, sexually violent predator. Well, here we go again. Medina was supposed to register with the Denver Police Department on August 4, but didn't -- so a warrant has been issued for his arrest. And as a bonus, the cops are noting a hard-to-see detail in the mug shot seen here: Medina has the word "fuck" tattooed over his right eye. Look below to see it supersized. WM, 6'2", 210 lbs, Black hair, Brown eyes

Tattoos on face and sleeved arms

Wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (case #10-5003357)

The suspect was convicted of Criminal Attempt Sexual Assault on a Child in April 2004 in Denver District Court. The suspect was later convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Denver District Court and then designated as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) in September 2009 by the Colorado Board of Parole. Medina was last know address was 1525 Valentia Street (Shepard's Motel).
