No doubt fired Broncos coach Josh McDaniels is hoping to avoid a similar fate with his former abode, a lovely Greenwood Village residence going for just $2.2 million. Check out photos below.
The five-bedroom, 8,038-square foot home at 5530 South Marigold Court is perched on an acre of land in the exclusive Preserve subdivision, and while it's unfurnished, McD reportedly left behind four flat-screen TVs that are included in the purchase price. Re/Max Masters listing agent Brian D. Nelson says the property has already generated considerable interest. Since it was listed earlier this week, he's already been contacted by two brokers and has scheduled at least one showing -- "which is really good in this market."
Whoever purchases it may want to have it blessed, to drive out any losing spirits. Check out the complete listing here and page down to see a photo gallery of the beautiful place where McDaniels once hung his hoodie.
