It appears that the lack of a yard may have actually encouraged greater yard-art creativity, as the electrical transformer has been tagged with yarn.

Dressing the electrical quadruped in a purple-and-green-striped legging suggests an inhabitant with the ability to "transform" the mundane with crochet-magic. Additionally, the lime-green graphic in the lower right-hand corner of the photo depicts the silhouette of a flexing horse with "H. H." initialed on her delt, and hints that this may be the entrance used for a neighborhood gang of "HobbyHorses."
