Last month, we told you that Nugget Kenyon Martin's house was up for sale, adding to speculation that he wouldn't return to the team. Remember that one of our first clues Carmelo Anthony planned to leave Denver was when he put his house on the market, a transaction that ultimately cost him $6 million. Well, the sale for Martin's house has now closed, and someone got a bargain on his fine abode, too.

REMAX's Nick Evancich handled the sale, which was originally listed at $3.2 million. By the time a video showing off the property was put online, that price had dropped; the clip, on view below, listed $2.6 million in the description but $2.4 million in the actual title.

And the final amount at the time of closing last week? Evancich says it went for $1.992 million, more than $1.2 million less than the initial tag.

This fall-off could simply be yet another indication of the grim housing market. But it might also indicate how eager K-Mart is to put the Denver portion of his career in the rear-view. Look below to check out photos of the property, followed by the aforementioned video.
