REMAX's Nick Evancich handled the sale, which was originally listed at $3.2 million. By the time a video showing off the property was put online, that price had dropped; the clip, on view below, listed $2.6 million in the description but $2.4 million in the actual title.
And the final amount at the time of closing last week? Evancich says it went for $1.992 million, more than $1.2 million less than the initial tag.
