Our post about the disappearance of Raven Cassidy Furlong, seventeen, and her use of online modeling websites also utilized by another pair of missing young women brought out the compassion in one reader, who recognizes the allure and the risks inherent in such posts. Here's his take...

This is a terrible Catch-22. In one hand, one wants to be noticed, particularly an up and coming model. In the other hand, keeping things public, out in cyberspace, only ramps up the "creeper" or "lurker" potential for him or her.
