We recently shared an updated list of the most expensive Denver neighborhoods to rent a two-bedroom apartment according to the latest stats from ApartmentList.com.
But that's hardly the only fresh data in the site's March 2016 report.
Also included is info about the ten Denver neighborhoods with the fastest rent growth over the past twelve months — and it definitely includes some surprises.
First among them: two of the Denver neighborhoods that have generated the most complaints about high rent prices actually saw the median rent for a two-bedroom go down over this period.
In contrast, the increases in what are currently the hottest neighborhoods continue to be jaw-slackening — especially the place that lands at number one.
