The Thunderdome, the original kitchen and symbol of Occupy Denver, has launched no shortage of projects since a frequent police presence encouraged its members to distance themselves from the organization in November. Along with a weekly radio show and the ongoing construction of three mobile food carts, the Thunderdome has taken to the web yet again for a series of how-to cooking videos. But while the group's plans have advanced, its humor has not.

True to traditional Thunderdome form, the videos blend cooking tips with jokes and one-liners about Outback Steakhouse and JFK.

In the two videos created so far, Thunderdome cooks Justin "Crunchy" Gwin and Pat Marsden tackle homemade pasta and aloo gobi. For more information, watch the clips below and check out the full post on our food blog, Cafe Society.

The Thunderdome's weekly online radio show airs Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
