Promotions were announced at the Denver Police Department last week, including one for District Three Commander Tracie Keesee, who will now head research, training and technology as a division chief. This is good news for the groundbreaking research Keesee has led into how racial bias plays into police shootings. Keesee hopes to use the information to improve training methods.
