The death of one man hit in a triple shooting near 12th and Albion in Denver was announced late last night.
That turns the matter into a homicide investigation. And the gunman remains at large. Look below for what we know about the situation thus far.
Here's the first Denver police tweet about what happened. It was sent on Saturday night.

Cops reportedly arrived at the scene -- 1235 Albion Street, just east of Colorado Boulevard -- at about 10:30 p.m. According to Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson, two men and a woman were chatting in a driveway when words were exchanged with someone in a nearby vehicle.
Then those words were swapped for bullets.
One man and the woman were struck, but their injuries weren't considered life-threatening. In contrast, the second man was rushed to a nearby hospital -- and as this Denver police tweet from last night confirms, he was unable to recover.

We have no description of the suspect beyond the vehicle in which he's thought to have escaped: a two-tone gray pickup truck.
