When the Denver Nuggets brought back Chris Andersen last year, I had absolutely no problem containing my excitement. But during this past season, including the playoffs, the Birdman proved to be the type of bench player every successful NBA squad needs: one who not only spells the starters, but provides an energy burst every time he's in the vicinity of the ball. Granted, he's an unrestricted free agent, and Stan Kroenke will have to pay him well to keep him in the fold. But as the tribute video above makes clear, Andersen brings plenty to the table. The montage, set to the unexpectedly somber tones of "Forbidden Colours" by David Sylvain and Ruichi Sakomoto, is an affront to gravity, just like Andersen's game. As its creator asks, "WHITE MEN CAN'T JUMP???"

Good question. And here's another: Do you really want the Birdman to fly to another nest next season?
