Clinton S. March, seen here, is a moderately attractive man -- certainly far from hideous. But I don't really have a hankering to see him nude, which is how a homeowner living on the 700 block of Isabelle Street in Golden found him yesterday. March then ran down the street wearing a sheet -- a big improvement. But like any great showman, he changed costumes upon entering a second home. This time, he donned panties and stockings, among other fancy duds that he'll have problems finding in jail, where he wound up shortly thereafter. When people refer to life as a rich pageant, this is what they mean.

Unusual burglar caught in Jeffco

Jefferson County, Co. - Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Clinton S. March (dob 041485) this morning after he allegedly entered two different homes in the area of 7th Ave. and Isabelle St. in Golden.

Jeffco deputies were dispatched to the 700 block Isabelle St. at 6:58 a.m. after dispatchers received a 911 call from a woman who was startled after finding a naked man in her home. The woman apparently screamed and scared the man away, wearing only a sheet as he fled. The man ran around the corner and entered a second home through an unlocked sliding glass door. According to the second homeowner, the man disrupted miscellaneous items throughout the house and eventually dressed himself in women's underwear, a nightgown, stockings and a scarf. The female homeowner discovered the male in her bathroom, leaning over the bathtub. The male fled the residence and was arrested by deputies in the front yard.

March was arrested for two counts each of 2nd Degree Burglary, Indecent Exposure and Theft. March is being held on $10,000 bond.
