After more than twenty years serving fresh and vibrant Thai food to Englewood neighbors and Swedish Medical Center workers, Taste of Thailand has moved to a new location at the corner of South Broadway and Evans Avenue. And restaurant critic Gretchen Kurtz sank her teeth into some steaks at the venerable Summit Steakhouse — founded in 1977, it makes Taste of Thailand seem like a relative baby — to see if the Aurora institution has kept up with the times since hiring new executive chef Patrick Swetnam.
