Ristras Santa Fe Grill, the fast-casual New Mexican joint that opened in March at 11961 Bradburn Boulevard in Westminster, closed last week. And judging from the sign posted on the door, at least a few chile heads who live in the tony 'hood are going to miss the restaurant's thick and spicy green chile.

On the upside, Ristas owners Andy and Christina Carter are forging ahead with their catering business and, according to their website,"...looking into bottling some of your favorites...our homemade tomato vinaigrette salad dressing, our green chile queso and our green chile sauce." If you'd like to nudge them along, you can e-mail Andy at [email protected].
