Turns out, sometime last weekend -- in the middle of a Westword writer's trip back East. Sometimedturing his travels, this outpost of the popular, Louisville-based chain (there are four official restaurants: in Denver, Boulder, Cleveland and Washington, D.C.) had opened without fanfare.
But all that will change at noon on April 21, when HMSHost, the airport concessionaire that's running DIA's ChopHouse, hosts a ribbon-cutting ceremony .
