The sandwiches are made with a pate from pork butt, duck heart and duck breast, a pimento cheese spread, white cheddar and smoked almonds. The combination will be served on pullman bread with a stuffed olive garnish.
"We feature old school classics with a modern twist," explains executive chef Carrie Shores. "This is something you could have seen at a cocktail party in the '50s but they would probably have used sliced boiled ham and store-bought pimento cheese."
