Done with the cooking, cleaning and shopping — or just want to avoid it all? Eat, drink and be very, very merry on Christmas Eve. We've found a quartet of events that should keep you in very good cheer today.

1) Stoic & Genuine
There are plenty of fish in the sea, and Stoic & Genuine just added a special Feast of the Seven Fishes for Christmas Eve. Chef Gabe Wyman's lineup for the Seven Fishes feast includes oysters; Japanese Hamachi; tuna Tartare; Maryland “he crab” soup; Old Bay George’s Bank Scallops; grilled Spanish octopus; and a surf in turf with pan-roasted New York strip-wrapped big eye tuna. This feast is $120 per couple. Stoic & Genuine will also be serving a Seven Fish Cioppino for $47 per person, as well as the usual menu. If you haven't seen the lights at Union Station, this is the ideal spot for tonight. For more information, call 303-640-3474 or go to stoicandgenuine.com.

2) Rosenberg's Bagels and Deli

Rosenberg's is holding a truly multi-cultural Christmas Eve celebration this year. The Christmas Chinese Pop Up starts with cocktails at 5:30 p.m., followed by a family-style Chinese dinner at 7 p.m. — because who doesn't want Chinese food for every holiday? Tickets are $50 and include all you can eat and drink. And in the spirit of the holidays, 100 percent of the proceeds from the event will benefit Project Angel Heart and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. RSVP by e-mailing [email protected].

3) Heebonism at Exdo Event Center
Welcome to the biggest Christmas Eve party in town. Heebonism will kick off with a cocktail power hour featuring cocktails courtesy of Golden Moon Distillery, from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. And that is just the start of the fun: The party will be rocking until 2 a.m., and will feature special guest DJs, a photo booth, and more. Tickets are $18 in advance or $25 at the door, $20 with a donation of three nonperishable food items. For tickets and more information, head over to e-3events.com.

4) Max's Wine Dive
Put on the most gaudy sweater you can find and head over to MAX’s Wine Dive for the Ugly Sweater Party: Guests who dare to show up in an ugly holiday sweater will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles to enjoy and dull the pain of sartorial inelegance. The kitchen will be cooking from the new winter menu, as well as the usual fried-chicken faves. And if you need a last-second Christmas gift, if you buy a $50 gift card, you get a free $10 card. Find more information on Max's website.
