As part of Taste of Iceland, the restaurant welcomes Icelandic and Nordic Chef of the Year Viktor Örn Andrésson, who is working in collaboration with Rioja chef Tim Kuklinksi and head chef and owner Jennifer Jasinski to craft a prix fixe, four-course menu showcasing some of the finest Icelandic ingredients, such as Arctic char, cod and free-range lamb.
