The opening of Ruth's Chris was notable, but so were some of this week's closings. Boulder has chased off another chain, for example: After twenty years, Pearl Street proved the pits for the Olive Garden.

OPENING THIS WEEK: Denny's Ruth's Chris Steak House Snarf's Work & Class

CLOSING THIS WEEK: Furr's Jai Ho Lime XS (for renovations) Olive Garden
