We visited Torchy's Tacos twice this week: once to give you a look inside the shiny new Texas taqueria, and once to check out what kind of Denverite would stand in line for two hours in a snowstorm for said tacos — even if they were free. After the Snowtacolypse, we took a break from Mexican food (of the Tex variety or otherwise) to bring you our list of the eleven best Chinese restaurants in Denver ahead of next Monday's Chinese New Year — officially the Year of the Monkey. Why eleven? Because there are simply too many great places serving regional specialties, from underground hidden gems like Golden's New Peach Garden to brash RiNo newcomer Hop Alley, to stop at ten.
