Beer dinners are quite popular these days (and rightfully so); reserve a spot at one of these before they sell out... Sunday, April 15 Upslope beer dinner at Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace, 950 Pearl Street in Boulder. Chef Ian Clark presents a five-course menu paired with five beers from Upslope Brewing Co.; guests will receive commemorative glassware. The cost is $50; call 303-442-7771 to RSVP.
