On Sunday, September 20, Westword will host DISH, its 21st annual celebration of the Denver dining and drinking scene. More than forty favorite restaurants of Westword food writers and readers will be sampling delectable dishes at DISH. And Grateful Bread Company, a regular Best of Denver winner, will be handing out the following bread samples:
Ciabatta: A classic Italian loaf with an airy interior and thin, crispy crust.

Country Batard: A traditional rustic European table bread: a dark, flavorful loaf with a very moist crumb.

French Baguette: Authentic Parisian-style French baguette made with two different starters

Jalapeno Cheddar Batard: A little heat and a generous amount of Tillamook aged sharp cheddar cheese, a crowd-pleaser

Levain Boule: Our whole wheat sourdough, made with our fourteen-year-old natural sourdough starter.

Red Quinoa Loaf: Made with whole red quinoa, red quinoa flour, whole wheat and local honey, which gives it a distinctive sweet and nutty flavor.
