In most cases, anything with the name "prego" in its title conjures up weird food aversions and compulsions of fourteen years ago, when I was, in fact, "prego" with a fat fetus who's now a skinny teenager that insists on wearing shorts, even when there's a foot of the snow on the ground. But I digress. This is a burrito that lives up to its name, "prego" with a chile relleno and enough shredded pork to fill a pig pen, and while that burrito is good -- very good -- it's the mouth-numbing green chile, studded with more pork, that's the star.
