The Lius have owned Land of Sushi, at 2412 East Arapahoe Road in Centennial, for nine years -- and that restaurant was so successful they were inspired to start another. "We have so many regulars from Land of Sushi, we wanted to serve more customers," Jessie says.
"Our chefs have at least ten years' experience and we offer fresh fish and top-grade seafood, the best we can find," she says. As at Land of Sushi, Hana Matsuri's menu will feature sushi and sashimi, but there will also be pork, duck, lamb, chicken and traditional Japanese dishes.
