This pop-up, the fourth of its kind -- Kleinman's previous doughnut pop-ups have been at Table 6, Bittersweet and Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs -- will feature his biggest menu yet, with a molecular coffee bar, exploding whipped cream, chocolate blankets, liquid nitrogen-frozen pie crumbs and these doughnuts (each $5):

PB&J: cream, burnt peanut butter marshmallow, grape jelly caviar

Tres leches: cinnamon cream, horchata soaked-churro pieces and grilled mango

German chocolate: Coconut cream, chocolate blanket, coconut pop rocks, pecan paper

Boulder: Colorado honey marscapone, spicy granola, strawberry frozen Greek yogurt, candy mint and rose.

Lemon brûlée: cream, lemon curd, burnt lemon sugar, sous-vide blueberries

Traci's Sweet and Savory: cream, compressed strawberries, balsamic glaze and candied rosemary walnuts

Warm donut bread pudding: chilled milk, hot caramel, twenty-hour apples.
