Making cheese can be surprisingly quick and easy. Did you know that you can make fresh mozzarella in your own home in fewer than thirty minutes? Today you can llearn the tips and tricks to make this great cheese in less time than it takes to watch your favorite show.

Wine and Whey is holding a hands-on, 30 Minute Mozzarella class at 6:30 p.m. this evening. The one-hour class will allow time for crafting two batches of cheese (you get to keep what you make) and voicing any questions you may have about the cheese-making process.
