But the couple -- longtime fixtures on the entertainment scene, both in front of audiences (Pam is a singer as well as a cook) and behind (Curt has been opening clubs in this town for more than three decades) -- had plenty of other projects to keep them busy. Although they closed another Lime in the Landmark project in Greenwood Village, Lime XS is going strong on Sixth Avenue, and there's also an offshoot in Winter Park.They also opened Cantina at 1109 Lincoln Street, in a building they've owned since the Denver Buffalo Company days, but closed that last month (the folks who have Stoney's next door are going to open Krewe Crescent City BBQ there this month). That gave them time to make the final push to open Lime in the Denver Pavilions, which opened with the same killer margs but a new, and sophisticated, look.
