In the course of my professional life, I've spent way more time than any human should roaming the concourses and terminal of Denver International Airport. I've consumed meal upon mediocre meal from grab-and-go spots all over DIA. I've drunk myself silly in more than one of the overpriced bars. And at some point during the course of those trips, I happened upon the smoking lounge in Concourse A, rolling my little suitcase to a table on the non-smoking, faux patio at Mesa Verde Grill. There, while killing time before a flight, I ate my way through the Tex-Mex menu, sampling burgers, barbecue and green chile, all washed down with a couple of margaritas. Was it good? Or did it cause me inflight indigestion? Find out tomorrow, when the review is posted here, along with a slide show. And keep checking Cafe Society, where we'll spill a series of tips on eating and drinking in the airport during one of the busiest travel weeks of the year.
