If you didn't get enough Beaujolais Nouveau at last night's Beaujolais Festival, you have another chance to get your pink drink on at Beaujolais Nouveau 2013: A Night of Wine and Celebration presented by the Merchants of West Washington Park. Have a grand time sipping this short-lived French wine (from just six-to-eight weeks of fermentation before bottling) at the Historic Grant Avenue Community Center from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. tonight. While you sip, snack on hors d'oeuvres and listen to musical entertainment from the Teresa Carroll Trio and Born in the Hood. Tickets are $50; purchase them here.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22 Cheer the start of the holidays with beer at Mile High Station. American Craft Beer Radio is hosting the Holiday Beer Bash, with thirty breweries -- including Angry Orchard, Avery, Denver Beer Co and Copper Kettle -- pouring almost 100 beers from 6 to 9 p.m. tonight. Local chefs will provide some tasty Thanksgiving-themed treats to soak up all the brews, but a full belly is not all you will get at this party: There will be various opportunities to win prizes. Tickets are $35 for general admission, $45 for VIPs (you get into the event an hour early); purchase them here.

Culinary Connectors continues its weekly Savor the Flavors Walking Tour by exploring the South Pearl Street neighborhood from 3 to 5 p.m today. The tour will include tastings and interaction with restaurant owners at four locations, and ends with a happy hour at the final destination. Guests receive an itinerary after purchasing their tickets, which are $39 per person and can be purchased online. In celebration of the fifth anniversary of Culinary Connections, guests who purchase a tour in November or December will receive 25 percent off on a tour in January, February or March.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23 Temple Micah will host its sixth annual Top Latke Taste-Off at its future home, Park Hill United Methodist Church beginning at 5 p.m. tonight. Cooks of all ages compete in this latke match by preparing 75 potato pancakes prior to the event; they'll be evaluated by a panel of judges in a variety of categories, including most innovative and best traditional.The grand tasting will be followed by dinner, balloon-sculpting, face-painting and the winners' ceremony. To conclude the evening, guests can participate in communal candle-lighting and sing-along with the Top Latke Band. Tickets run from $25 to $35 for individuals and $50 to $65 for families; reservations can be made online or by calling 303-388-4239, extension 1.

Wine & Whey, at 3559 Larimer Street, will be offering a beginning wine-making class from 2 to 3:30 p.m. today. Students will be able to decide on which wine package to make, including such varietals as Moscato, Chardonnay, Merlot and Pinot Noir. The instructors will go through all of the steps to make wine to your liking. And after a 45-day wait, students will be able to take home five bottles of the homemade wine with personalized labels. Tuition is $30 per person; register online.

Ever wonder how to get that perfect crust on your pies? From noon to 2 p.m. today, Frank Bonanno will show you at a Holiday Pies class at Lou's Food Bar. The class is limited to fifteen people and will include instruction, appetizers, refreshments and a recipe to take home. Tuition is $85; reserve your spot by calling Lou's at 303-458-0336.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24 Broken Shovels Farm, the family-run Adams County goat farm, will host a special Thanksgiving market from 1 to 3 p.m. featuring farmer and cheese-maker Andrea Martin, along with her unique cheeses and yogurts. Other vendors will offer organic turkeys, desserts, organic sides, truffles and jams for your Thanksgiving feast. A roaring fire will keep you warm as you sample heaps of cheese -- everything from artisan Camembert rounds to cognac Banons wrapped in grape leaves.
