Opened in 2009, Bones is both a neighborhood hangout and a destination spot for diners who want to experience a new way to eat noodles.

Patio hours: Monday through Friday for lunch, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Monday through Sunday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Seats: About 30

Smoking: Non-smoking

Specials: None right now, but possibly a summer happy hour to come

Patio perks: Heat lamps and umbrellas

Busiest time: From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., but if it's nice, all night long

Slowest time: Normally after 9 p.m.
