Grand Lux Cafe closed in Park Meadows last week. According to the Park Meadows website, the mall (inside or out) still has Brio Tuscan Grille, California Pizza Kitchen, Champps, Cru - a Wine Bar, Earl's, La Sandia, P.F. Chang's, Red Robin, Thai Basil, White Chocolate Grill and two restaurant/pubs in Nordstrom -- as well as two pretzel stores.

That's in addition to the dining-hall lineup, which includes Ben & Jerry's, Cajun & Grill, Charley's Grilled Subs, Chick-fil-A, Dairy Queen/Orange Julius, Mrs. Fields, Panda Express, Renzios, Saj Mediterranean Grill, Sbarro, Squeeze, Starbucks, Subway and Wasabi Jane.

Don't forget that Frank Bonanno is opening Bonanno Brothers Pizzeria within the next month or so, and it sounds fantastic. Saj in the food court is a great Middle Eastern quick-service place. It's a local two-store chain (there's one at Southglenn, too) that's infinitely better than Garbanzo. La Sandia is fine, but yeah, I'd be fine with it if everything else closed.
