The Hubby and I made the drive from Highlands Ranch to Denver for our annual big night in the city. We originally wanted to support a classy locally owned restaurant, like Cherry Creek Grill or Houston's, but were disappointed to learn they weren't participating in DRW. What a shame. So, we settled on PF Chang's. Since we can afford to drive a larger SUV than most Denver residents, we had trouble parking in Lodo. We finally found a lot that was near the restaurant and didn't even enconter a single transient on the walk over. The menu was phenomenal. The highlight for me was the "Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps," which were like minituare Oriental burritos wrapped in lettuce instead of tortillas! However, the "Chang's Spicy Chicken" was spicy and started giving me a tummy ache. So, I made the hubby pay the check and we left. We're very generous and usually tip 15%, but were taken aback by the effect of their spicy food on my tummy and decided to tip 10%. I highly recommend PF Chang's lettuce wraps, but watch out for the heat on their other menu items!
