The Taste in Fort Collins tonight, to help fight hunger

The Taste -- not to be confused with the Taste of Fort Collins (the eighteenth annual edition of that event comes down June 13-14) -- will land in Fort Collins tonight. A benefit for the Food Bank of Larimer County, the Taste will feature food, drink and music -- but the real draw is the chance to reduce hunger along the Front Range. See also: Beer calendar -- with new beers from Wynkoop, Station 26 and Copper Kettle The Taste showcases 29 Fort Collins restaurants and nearly twenty of Larimer County's wineries and breweries. Guests can rock the night away with Mark Sloniker and The Nu Classics while eating, drinking, socializing and jumping into the silent auction for chances to grab hundreds of items. Each attendee will part with a commemorative wine glass and book. Tickets are $65 per person or $100 for VIP; each attendee will leave with a commemorative wine glass and book.
