Whatever your preferred poison, between the Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey Dinner, the Anam Cara Wine Dinner and the Tequila Combate, there's no doubt something tasty (and inebriating) that you'll want to do tonight.

Here's what you need to know:

Interstate Kitchen & Bar, 901 West Tenth Avenue, is hosting the Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey Dinner, a four-course meal with Jake Norris, head distiller at Stranahan's and including such delicacies as chilled barley and buttermilk soup, confit of bacon and peach ambrosia. It starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $45; call 720-479-8829 or visit www.interstaterestaurant.com.

Venue, 3609 West 32nd Avenue, is offering up the Anam Cara Wine Dinner, with four courses (including crab cake, pork belly, duck breast and poached peach) paired with Oregon's Anam Cara wines. It starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $50; call 303-477-0477 or visit www.venuebistro.com.
