Pastry Chef Michael Conti Rises to the Occasion

Last summer the team behind Oak at Fourteenth and Acorn hired pastry chef Michael Conti to oversee the pastry and dessert program at those restaurants as well as Brider, which opened in December. Our photographer recently joined Conti, the subject of this week's chef interview, in the Brider and Oak kitchens to see what's cooking at these award-winning spots.
