The Historic Evans School Is Back in Session

After standing vacant for more than four decades, the historic Evans School will soon be brought back to life by City Street Investors, the developers who helped breathe new life into Denver Union Station, in a partnership with Columbia Group. Built in 1904 as an elementary school, this Golden Triangle landmark closed in the early 1970s; it's on the National Register of Historic Places. While long-term renovation plans are completed over the next eighteen months, the owners will start leasing short-term space to artists and other groups.
