Russell's Smokehouse, 1422 Larimer Street, is welcoming Death's Door Spirits from Washington Island, Wisconsin for a special cocktail dinner. Guests will enjoy a variety of Death's Door cocktails paired with pork dishes (the hogs raised on spent mash from the distillery) from chefs Burton Koelliker of Osteria Marco, Tim Murphy of Russell's Smokehouse, Mike Peshek of Lou's Food Bar and Stephen McCary of Mizuna. Go green tonight with Chomp! The vegan supper club meets on the first Wednesday of the month; tonight's gathering will feature a special raw, vegan menu. The event begins at 6 p.m. in City Park.
