The Capitol Hill neighborhood has changed a lot over the past twenty years, but through it all, Barricuda's Restaurant & Lounge, at 1076 Ogden Street, has been a true neighborhood hangout, a place for stiff drinks, good food (served until 4 a.m. on weekends!) and very good times. And all day (and night) today, April 11, Barricuda's will be celebrating its twentieth anniversary.

Owners Jin and Mercy Lee and their crew are throwing a public party from 7 to 10 p.m. tonight that "friends, neighbors and patrons of Barricuda's will remember for another twenty years," they promise, with food and drink specials.

And all day today, Barricuda's will be offering a 50 percent discount on entrees; the restaurant opens at 10 a.m. for brunch, and stays open on weekends until 4 a.m.

"Twenty years of success in the restaurant industry is a true feat, and we want to acknowledge our success and thank our patrons for helping us keep our doors open for the past twenty years, and many more to come," says general manager Christina Lindgren.
