Things to Do

Bend an elbow, bend my ear at Mezcal

Today is Dining Out for Life, and over 300 area restaurants have signed on to donate at least 25 percent of their food sales to Project Angel Heart, which prepares and delivers meals to people living with life-threatening illnesses.

I'll be bartending at Mezcal, 3230 East Colfax Avenue, which serves the Best House Margarita, according to the Best of Denver 2009. Not when I'm pouring them, of course, but I've been assured I'll have professional help. So if you've been wanting to bend my ear about a story or issue in this city, come on over to Mezcal and bend an elbow at the bar.
