(Duo's sibling restaurant at 719 East 17th Avenue), and Tyler Skrivanek, Duo's current exec chef de cuisine (Broening still oversees the kitchen).
"She staged for us for a few nights at Black Pearl, and within a few hours, I knew I wanted to hire her," says Musat. "She's awesome and really knows her stuff. We're very excited to have her work with us."
Horton will take over the kitchen at Black Pearl sometime during the third week of December, says Musat.
