Tonight Lola will celebrate the harvest with La Cosecha, a dinner prepared by Colorado chefs and farmers. The menu will be prepared from food grown at seven different local farms by an all-star lineup of local chefs.
Featured chefs include Justin Brunson and Nadine Donovan from Old Major, Theo Adley from Squeaky Bean, Brandon Foster from Vesta Dipping Grill, Steve Redzikowski and Amos Watts from Acorn and Oak at Fourteenth, Joel Pierce from Stoic & Genuine, Jon Mendoza from Bad Apples and Kevin Grossi and Xan Lynch from Lola.
There will be live music through the evening, and some of town's best bartenders will create a special cocktail menu to highlight ingredients from the featured farms, offer interactive demos and pour tequila. Seatings are available starting at 5 p.m.. Find out more here; for more information, call 720-570-8686.
