Chef Patrik Landberg has created a new lunch menu that includes bacon-wrapped dates and chicken liver mousse as appetizers. The entree list now features an Italian sandwich with prosciutto and soppressata, chickpea veggie cake and pan-roasted Skuna Bay salmon.
