The Next Culinary Voice: Chef's Challenge goes down tonight from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Mile High Station, 2027 Old West Colfax Avenue. Mark DeNittis of the Rocky Mountain Institute of Meat, Jenna Johansen of Epicurean Catering, Matt Selby of Corner House and Elise Wiggins of Panzano will serve as judges for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fundraiser, which features up-and-coming chefs.
Purchase tickets, $75 (or $125 VIP), at the cff.org website. And while the signature-dish awards will be determined by the judges, the audience is invited to vote for the best desserts.
Note: The "Here and There" team-up between Table 6 and Beast + Bottle has sold out. But the restaurants plan to make the collaboration -- which includes two courses at Table 6 and a drive to Beast + Bottle for third and fourth courses-- a monthly event; call 303-831-8800 for more details.
