Monday, June 4:Throughout the summer, Steuben's, 523 East 17th Avenue, will be hosting a monthly Picnic on the Patio, celebrating the regional cuisine America. The June picnic, which starts at 6 p.m. tonight, is a five-course Hawaiian pig roast paired with cocktails, for $60. Call 303-830-1001 to reserve a spot.
In honor of Colorado Wine Week, Colt & Gray, 1553 Platte Street, will present a special wine-inspired cocktail menu this evening crafted by Colt & Gray's Kevin Burke and Joe Hines of Green Russell. The mobile food celebration will be held every Tuesday and Thursday through September 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy good food, fresh air and live music while supporting the Civic Center Conservancy. Bistro Vendome, 1420 Larimer Street, is hosting a Belgian beer dinner tonight. Gold Hill Inn, 401 Main Street in Boulder, is marking its fiftieth anniversary with a three-day celebration beginning today. Festivities include food and live music from Tim O'Brien at 7:30 p.m. -- view the full schedule here.Friday, June 8:Garden Grapes & Hops takes place tonight at the Denver Botanic Gardens, 1007 York Street, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The event features food from over twenty restaurants and drinks samples from from local breweries and wineries. Participating restaurants include Wazee Supper Club, Rialto Cafe, the Cherry Cricket, Marlowe's, Bombay Clay Oven, Goosetown Tavern and Lals's.
