Last month, we reported that Olav Peterson, the ex-executive chef of Bistro One, 1294 South Broadway, had vacated his gig there to open a new restaurant, which we now know will be unmasked in early December.

But before Peterson's new restaurant is unleashed to the public, he's having a soft opening with invited guests only, and we're hosting two contests, one today and another on Wednesday, that will allow two Cafe Society readers plus a guest to attend that soft opening.

How do you win?

In the first post we wrote detailing Peterson's new restaurant, we mentioned, within a quote, the two words that make up the name of Peterson's new restaurant.

Your job is to figure out what those two words are. The first person to post the correct answer in the comments section below wins two seats to the soft opening.

We'll announce the winner tomorrow at 5 p.m.

Ready, set, go!
