Craft Beer Dinner tonight at Lou's Food Bar

Colorado Craft Beer Week is going strong, but man does not live by beer alone. And at 6 p.m. tonight Lou's Food Bar will host a five-course dinner, with four breweries on hand to pair their beers with all the dishes. See also: Crazy Mountain Neomexicanus is one of only two beers made with hops native to the U.S.

Avery, Prost, Upslope and Left Hand breweries will be pairing their craft beers with such dishes as smoked mettwurst, pan-seared snapper and spice-roasted quail.

Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and costs $55 (not including tax and tip); a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Colorado Brewers Guild. For more information, call 303458-0336.
