Monday, September 13:

The Denver Botanic Gardens harvests its fresh herbs to be used in cooking demonstrations, How to Cook With Aromatic Herbs, at Le Central, 112 East Eighth Avenue, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $38 for DBG members and $43 for the general public, and includes a three-course meal with dessert, tax and tip, plus a small donation to the gardens.
