Culinary calendar for the week ahead: Wine dinners, beer and yoga, and more

In addition to a number of restaurant openings, this week is packed with wine dinners, anniversary celebrations and much more; here's a taste of what's on the culinary menu.

Monday, March 21:

Tuesday, March 22:

Il Mondo Vecchio, 1174 South Cherokee Street, will offer a Personal Salumi: Dry Sausage class, where you'll learn the basics of making sausage while cutting, grinding, seasoning, stuffing and tying your own selection.
