"I've always had a plan to do this kind of restaurant, and we've been working on Cajun-style seafood recipes for almost three years, so when this space became available, we grabbed it," says Kwon, whose menu also includes a section devoted to Korean dishes, but no Korean barbecue. "I'm from Korea, so we added some Korean things, but first and foremost, this is a Louisiana-style seafood place -- crab, shrimp, crawfish and lobster -- where you can also watch soccer, football, baseball, basketball, or whatever else you want on your own TV with its own individual remote," adds Kwon.
Dancing Crab is open from 4 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday; Friday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Saturday from noon to 2 a.m. and Sunday from noon to midnight. Here's a sneak peek at the space.
