Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex will be the scene for tonight's Top Taco, a taco- and margarita- tasting competition with trophies to be awarded for the Top Creative, Top Traditional Taco and Best Margarita -- with a people's choice and judges' choice for each category.
The festivities kick off at 6:30 p.m., when over two dozen restaurants will be cooking up their best tacos and pouring their tastiest margs in the hopes of grabbing a top spot.
General admission tickets are $65 and include unlimited taco, beer, margarita and tequila tastings, as well as live music from Samba Dende and a chance to vote for your favorites. A VIP ticket is $125 and will get you into the event an hour early, give you access to the VIP lounge and private tastings, and also includes a complimentary, three-month Dining Out Card membership. Proceeds will benefit the Colorado Restaurant Association Education Foundation ProStart Scholarship Program. For more information or to purchase tickets, click here.
